Rimini Street Announces Preliminary Fourth Quarter and Full Year 2014 Financial Results

Rimini Street's fourth quarter results included record highs in net revenues and third quarter deferred revenues.

  • Net revenue for the fourth quarter of 2014 increased 47% year-over-year to $25.4 million.
  • Net revenue for the full fiscal year 2014 increased 42% year-over-year to $86.7 million.
  • Deferred revenues increased 41% year-over-year to 82.8 million.
